Roadway, Bridge and Facilities Construction Projects

Bidding documents for Expressway Authority construction projects are available for download directly from this website after a simple bid registration process that will only take a few minutes. Companies also may subscribe to our eProcurement service, which will allow you to be notified of bidding documents when they become available on the website. Companies that choose to become eProcurement subscribers have the ability to utilize the eProcurement login to download bidding documents without having to re-enter all the required information. Each time a company registers to download bidding documents for a project, the planholder list is automatically updated. You may view advertisements, planholder lists, original bid items and quantities, and bid results all without having to register.

Design Professional Services

The Expressway Authority's Procurement Policy defines Design Professional Services as services "within the scope of the practice of architecture, professional engineering, landscape architecture or registered surveyor and mapper in connection with their professional employment or practice." This includes professional engineering firms seeking selection for construction engineering and inspection (CEI) services.

The selection by the Authority of a firm to provide Design Professional Services is governed by F.S. § 287.055, also known as the Consultants’ Competitive Negotiation Act or "CCNA". Notices of Design Professional Services contracts are posted on this website and include information regarding types of work, Letter of Interest submittal requirements and scoring, selection process and EEO/M/WBE requirements.

We suggest that you check our web site on a weekly basis for new and updated information regarding all procurement activities.
